: dedicated to deepening our connections, so that we lead more spiritually and emotionally fulfilling lives; by exploring the wisdom and secrets of our ancestors, and unveiling the beauty beyond the veil and within ourselves.
In an ever-changing world where people are seeking to reconnect to their true essence, Art of Love is inspired to offer soul growth and to assist you on your path to higher consciousness.
Our greatest adversary is forgetfulness; forgetting our heart, truth and ability to love. No matter what has happened in our life, we all have, at least once, been touched by love; by tenderness, compassion, trust, faith, hope and generosity. It is love, and only love, that is the common denominator of everything. And it is our emotions that are the vehicle of our spiritual bodies.
It is my intention to help you remember who
you are: true love
and whisper you back into your heart.

When we can’t step away from our house, we can take a new route by shifting the soul of our feet towards familiar destinations, allowing the new landscapes to inform us; to explore the richness of our inner world. We can move through a door because a story was deeply meaningful to us. Or through a feeling of great passion. Or through a scent…read more
Now is the time to choose love, not fear. We have to hold on, hold close and hold together. We have to align to a higher consciousness and tend to it consistently. We have to build a space of love, safety and connection and hold that space as much as we can; a fortress of trust. Protect it like a sacred heart…read more
The Seven Rays are part of ancient mysticism teachings. Esoteric philosophy says that as we re-incarnate, the Oneness is broken down into seven frequencies of vibrations called rays. The way to approach each other as humans in this life is to respect one another’s individual timings and paths…read more
Has he achieved such perfection? He penetrates the construction of the spirit. Only interested in the essential, forgetting the insignificant; penetrating into internal dignities, he’s lost all his sense of the external traits. He sees what he needs and does not pay attention to what is unnecessary. He is so wise that he no longer sees neither color nor shape…read more
Do not ask your children to strive for extraordinary lives. Help them instead to find the wonder and the marvel of an ordinary life. Show them the joy of tasting tomatoes and apples. Show them the infinite pleasure in the touch of a hand. And make the ordinary come alive for them. The extraordinary will take care of itself…read more
We need to understand that all people are purposeful in our life. When we define and categorize, we ultimately limit ourselves; we rob ourselves of the experience of a connection. I don’t think we should focus on definitions – it is about the experience. We need to learn to honor all of our connections rather than put them in some human-made boxes of definitions…read more
Poetry is art. Poetry dares us to think and to question – going inside of ourselves to explore our inner world. As we are being immersed into ourselves deeper and deeper, we flow unresistingly filling the empty spaces unseen before. We shape feelings, movements and experiences into something tangible – into words. Poetry is the expression of mysticism and the mystic’s inner experience…read more
Our bodies. Our blessed, beautiful, loving bodies. They sure go through so much. They hold us. They carry us through our good and bad, through life itself each day. They do their best even when we don’t believe in them. They are always with us even when we forget about them. They are the home of our soul…read more
Hope is not fragile. It is not a solution, yet it is not passive. It is a new beginning growing from the soil with temptation of water, with temptation of air. Like how snowdrops grow in shade. There is nothing weak about hope – it is a virtue. Hope tangles, wrangles, weaves and lives in our every day…read more
Dear Miracle. Yes, you! The Christmas season is here and regardless of religion or spiritual belief, this is a sacred time when we celebrate the biggest miracle of all; the birth of a child, the birth of love. And we are all miracles. It is through our childlike eyes that we can see the purity and the divine in everything and everyone around us…read more
In silence I hear the loudest and in stillness I know. Truths are freely given to those who have the eyes to see; beyond the veil of roses painted red. There is a spiritual master waiting to be awakened beneath the shroud of your skin. So, come inside and conceive the seed of your wisdom within…read more
“Our human and earthly limits, properly understood, are not confinements but rather inducements to fullness of relationship and meaning. Perhaps our most serious cultural loss in recent centuries is the knowledge that some things, though limited, are inexhaustible. If we always have a theoretically better substitute available from somebody or someplace else, we will never make the most of anything…read more
