and forever
i give you the church of skin
and the church of my heart
i give you the inside of an apple,
a seed, its flowers, an orchard
and the whole harvests throughout seasons
i give you all the imagined things
and the flying things,
all those rarely seen but always felt that call us
with a voice older than us
from a time before time beyond time
a song of my soul
and of yours
where souls twin like childhood dreams,
i give you my childhood diaries
because i still write your unknown name across the pages,
on the inner sleeve heart’s wishes sewn,
and like a schoolgirl i write you still
on park benches, on sand and skin, on bedtime prayer’s lips
and everything
across the oceans, seas
and intimate cobblestone streets lit by lanterns
the sun, moons and stars
and forever

Hi hi hi from beautiful Italy and Greece! I’m always swept away by them, and they remind me of the times living by the sea – love, flowers & waters is what makes me happy always. As the summer is here finally (yay!), perhaps it’s time to be swept away again. And again, and again.
