We usually pay least attention to our present moment and that’s not wise. The gap between the future and past, between yesterday and tomorrow, is now – in our present is where the true power is and where the unity may happen also. You are right now living three lives in one.
The past meets the future in the present. Bound by a single invisible thread the past and future meet in our present moment, which is why our present moment is precisely the point of creation. As you heal something in your present moment and present day, it sends waves of healing and shifting all past and future lives also.
The unity of past and future that lives in our present moment experiences is often visible in situations, deeds and our inner beliefs of all surrounding us. The people surrounding us also may often be reflections of who we may have been or lives or roles we may have played, and is a potential for us now to act in better ways; because as a point of creation we may be able to experience our lives and ourselves in more fulfilling ways. If however we don’t put the effort and courage and dedication into our inner development and spiritual growth, all future may be just a similar experience of our past.
The soul longs only for nobility and for unity, and if we choose the path of our higher dharma through self awareness and spiritual development, the sacred marriage within us happens. The focus of the noble astrologer is to help guide you on your higher path – showing you where the evolution of your consciousness seeks to move towards, so that you don’t keep yourself stuck in patterns from a fixed time.
The natal chart shows all that has already been consumed by time – it is essentially a map of time. Understanding this matters for self awareness because all spiritual paths begin with know thyself and the inner lands and landscapes we live in, but there are also parts of our chart that show us the potentials we have yet to create and move into.
It is in our now that we help create our future bodies, future experiences, and have the opportunity for choices that will affect our river of life; and when one heals something in the present, they heal their past. Each time you live in greater awareness, you will naturally make better choices; free will itself is a direct correlation to our self awareness level, not because it doesn’t otherwise exist, but because only through greater self awareness we can make the most of it.
So today, I’ll just share with you a couple of points in your chart that align to your future lives – and please know that the future lives isn’t just “a future incarnation and the body or life you are creating currently”, it is also how you may experience your tomorrow, and, it is also part of the one body of earth and the collective consciousness. When each person develops their inner world into greater self awareness and harmony, this also affects the wellness of our humanity physically, emotionally and spiritually.
We are living three lives into one; the past life below the horizon of our natal chart, the future one above the horizon, and the current one as our Ascendant rising. All these can be shifted by higher awareness, because the 1st, 5th and 9th house are dharma houses, and these are the three fires. The life itself is the water element – life is water, and it connects to the water houses. Water has various states – solid, liquid, vapour, whether it is seas, rivers, rain, ice, snow or mist – these are just various experiences, but water is water.
The experience with water, or our deeper emotional and spiritual worlds, is our experience of understanding our true essence. Strong attachments to something may make us live in that experience for long times, whether this is an emotional state, inner experience, people or circumstances. And at the same time, we can also help ourselves and flow of water, as we are more mindful, more loving, and come in deeper self awareness, forgiveness and gratitude; which we do through emotional awareness and balance, inner development and spiritual growth.
The Moon: Our beliefs shape our heaven we live in
The Moon is our most important point when it comes to understanding our past, and, learning of the importance of our future – because it is essentially the heaven we live in or have built within us. The heart is the home of the soul, and it is the initiatory pathway to higher consciousness, and the Moon is what this shows; it also shows the lineage of our soul and connected to past lives, our connection to our mother and what matters most deeply to us, our belief system and emotional world. And it is precisely our beliefs that shape our heaven.
When we live in gratitude of our life, and try to find the joy and purpose of our experiences, we develop our belief system in more harmonious ways, and then, this belief system of our life develops the heaven, which is the womb of our mother and then our experiences with her also when we are born. Gratitude is the key, as well as spiritual development and self awareness. This then becomes what will be the energetic or vibrational match to the mother to whom you are born.
The womb within which your body then forms is kind of like your reflection on what heaven is. This is also why it is important for a woman who is pregnant to be supported and live in more peace, calmness and harmony, as she can also help the soul’s beliefs; and the first three and half years of the child’s birth are very important also. While we can’t necessarily help another soul with its inner work, we can try to give it as much nourishing and a better heaven as we can.
While being pregnant, it is really important to be mindful of our happiness, harmony and state of being, as this affects the development of our child; and also, up to four years before conception, and three years after birth also, it is important for the mother to have a more harmonious way of living and thought and belief patterns, as well as the support and caring of her partner. Our own mother’s beliefs directly affects us also; so if you have a child, the best way to help you child is to focus on your own inner beliefs, lead a healthier life, and be mindful of your own energy as you are affecting the child energetically also.
Your relationship to your mother and early nurturing gives you insights on your own past life beliefs also. As you heal your relationship to your parents, you send a healing wave across all timelines, and are basically creating a better future, as well as healing the lineage also and future generations. Forgiveness is key. The 4th house is the house ruled by the Moon, and this is the key to your happiness. If you seek to feel fulfillment in your life, you need to look at your 4th house and balance it out through more love, compassion, peace, gratitude and forgiveness, as well as spiritual development.
The Moon, who symbolizes the mother in astrology, is essentially the heaven and aura of the child; so for each of us, our mother is our understanding of heaven. There is sacredness we need to respect and honour here, and regardless of what your relationship to her or the feminine is, you need to come into humbleness that she is the heaven you have built yourself through your beliefs and level of gratitude from past lives. If you desire a better heaven, you need to expand in your heart awareness; this is why the saying is that heaven is within, and Christ points to the heart. The Moon is our heart in spiritual astrology, it is all that is deepest most sacred to us, our deepest beliefs, our church within.
The Father
We are born at a particular time which carries within itself our past life deeds and karmic actions and all else we desire to experience; and time itself is ruled by Saturn, who also represents our father. Essentially, your father represents your karmic response from your past lives.
Your relationship to your father is just as important as the one with your mother, which is why you need to come into balance and healing with both your parents. Your father, or your relationship to your father, may also now reflect your own ability to grow, mature, and willingness to walk the higher path in your life. The father is symbolized by both your Sun and Saturn; the Sun is our fuel of life and evolution, and Saturn is time itself, the spiritual teacher, acceptance of our karma and choice to walk in dharma rather than replaying or creating further karmic bounds.
As you heal your relationship to your father, you are essentially coming into greater maturity, self accountability and responsibility – and through this deeper self awareness you will now have the wisdom and ability to create something new of dignity, honour and integrity. Your father reflects your karmic responses, and as such, he also reflects to you your own past life ability or capacity to have been responsible with your actions and accountable with your choices and how you contribute to situations and the lives of others. Any time you heal something related to the masculine, there is a transcendence within you, i.e. you move into a higher level of awareness and breaking of old patterns and karmic impulses.
When you support your father, respect your father, you are essentially respecting yourself and your ability to grow in wisdom and maturity heightens. It shows you have more integrity in your life, and honour and protect the dignity of other human beings. Your relationship to your father shows your own relationship to selfishness; people who have better relationship to their father or have healed them, are people who are naturally of more integrity, trust, loyalty, less selfish and greater maturity and self accountability.
If your relationship to your father is more distant, you may work on this by also by becoming more selfless, and living a life of more integrity, discipline, accountability, maturity and honour, respecting other people, their privacy and their dignity. On a mundane level, it means not to gossip, not to betray people’s trust, not to harm or hurt others with others or actions; it means to be a good person of morals, respect others, be the bigger person in situations rather than “eye for an eye” mentalities, and don’t be selfish or ego centric.
Overall, when you honour your mother and father, you honour the sacredness of life and God, and thereby honour the dignity of all living beings and people, rather than being selfish, self serving, egoistic, greedy, irresponsible, gossiping, betraying people’s trust and just leading a life of no integrity. Your mother and father show your own inner unity of opposites, so healing that relationship within you and hopefully externally also through healing it with them also, will essentially be the key for your happiness and soul evolution.
What essentially shapes your future karma and lives is how you react and respond to situations; and it is especially seen in moments when you have the upper hand. So when you have the power to either hurt or raise someone, what do you choose to do? This is what shows you who you are, and whom you choose to become and will become. So when you hurt others, you will then eventually be in the position of the one being hurt, to learn how it feels and to come into inner balance. Naturally, when people are in states of need or vulnerability they may often act nice and kind; but the real test of our character is whom we choose to become when we are seemingly on top; this is the new karma you are creating and the very body in which you will then live in.
The 2nd House: What you eat you become
The 2nd house is part of what is creating our physical body in future lives, but also, our current health and wellness. The 2nd house is actually one of the main healing houses, because it essentially rules all movements that sustain the body. This is why it connects to food and what we digest, and caring for our physical bodies in all ways. It also rules our voice – because our words have energy and vibration, they are manifestations and influence our energy. What you eat your become. And we eat not just food, we eat our own words, we eat our values, we eat our responsibility, deeds and maturity level.
The 2nd house rules our values – so it is about how we feel about ourselves. It is our self worth and self respect, what our values are and do we actually act in alignment to these values. It is a house of boundaries also, and taking care of our responsiblities, and being self sufficient. All these things create our inner belief system, which is part of how we build our future body and our physical body organs. For example, how we harness our sexual energy is what creates our heart organ and its health in our next life.
The 2nd house is an artha house, meaning that it deals with our material wellbeing, and taking care of our bodies and how we spend our money matters here. It is also about how we feel abundant in our lives, and it isn’t necessarily financially with paper currencies – it is spiritual abundance and wealth also; and in the 2nd house, it is about respecting your time and energy, and not selling yourself short. This is about the universal law of equivalent exchange of energy, and the balance of giving and receiving.
At the root of problems in our world and of how people act hurtfully is the lack of self esteem and self worth. The 2nd house is about being clear about our self worth and values, because this shapes our belief system and affects our physical health, and out of our inner beliefs is what choices and actions we’ll make. When people don’t feel good about who they are, they will seek any and all ways to fulfill their inner emptiness with external means which aren’t healthy.
People who do harm onto others, or seek to put them down, is because they live in inner poverty. Lack of self confidence and self esteem are the reason why humanity experiences so much hardships and cause each other so much pain. When we have inner stability with self respect, self worth and self confidence, we are happy and good people – living a rich inner life and contributing with love and peace to others also. Each physical step you make, and what you choose to pour into the rivers of your life, known as karma, creates your tomorrow. If you pour mud, there will be mud in the river. If you pour clarity of mind and purity of heart and sincerity in action, the river will be clearer also.
The 2nd house is a Venusian house of our actual earth, soil and stability for all – so as we all work on our higher manifestation of our natal 2nd house, we help the health and stability of our earth itself, and how we all come into more abundance, stability and wellbeing.
The 9th House: Developing the spiritual body
The 9th house is known as the house of God – it is light house, because it shows our spiritual body. Towards the 9th house we look when we seek higher knowledge, spirituality and philosophy, religion and faith, distant cultures and foreign far away lands and travels – because essentially, the 9th house is about reaching our hands across the lands that separate us, dissolving the boundaries, and expanding within through spiritual growth.
Our physical body depends on our etheric or spiritual body development. Naturally, as we develop spiritually we create our future physical body also. The 9th house is one of higher virtues, and this is how we develop our spiritual body. The 9th house is about dharma – and when we follow our true path, soul’s calling and inner heart wisdom, we choose the higher path; and when we choose our higher path in life, we choose to go beyond the borders and inner boundaries and lead a life of authenticity, aligned to higher moral compass and integrity.
The 9th house is a house of dharma and our higher path – and this can only happen through our own inner world. Some people connect the 9th house to the father also, because as I mentioned above, your father and your relationship to your father reflects your own ability to have the maturity and willingness to be accountable, have integrity, walk in virtue, accept your contribution to your life’s situations and how you affect others, and what choice you may now choose to make through your actions. It shows how willing you are to respect the humility that you are interdependent on all, and that you are not God yourself, and to stay in that humility of expansion and learning and looking towards a higher moral compass to lead you in life.
The 9th house things are things we need to have respect towards. The father is one whom we should respect, just as our mother too – because the 9th house is the first that begins forming after our conception happens between our mother and father. It is the heaven that has conceived us – and while the mother is the heaven, the father is that seed that now will give the form of our physical body and initiate us into birth, i.e. we transcend one world to enter another, we dissolve the boundaries of one knowing to enter another.
In the 9th house we come into respect of these higher knowings, of the power of God consciousness, of our humility as human beings, of our gratitude for our existence now. Because life is a gift indeed. It is an opportunity for a deepening. And no matter whether we agree with all or not, all has its message to tell us which we can use for our self knowledge.
The 9th house is what guides us into living a life of virtue and follow a higher calling – and when we align to greater inner awareness, devote to our spiritual growth and evolution of consciousness, we help ourselves, and fellow humankind, to experience and lead a more fulfilling life. Through the 9th house compass we are meant to let go of and dissolve our own inner limits, conditioning and stagnation, of all of our judgments, selfishness and separations or inner fragmentations.
When we come into the realization of interdependence, we essentially dissolve the boundaries within us and between us and we begin to have a consciousness of more unity for all. This is why we then become better people, less selfish and less greedy, because we realize how all is affecting all else, and how we can’t judge others because we are only judging ourselves. We begin to understand that all helps something in its own needed way, and how to see more clearly beyond the initial facades and masks.
The 9th house purpose is one of unity – and when we realize that when we categorize people or separate them through our own conditioned understanding, we are essentially separating ourselves from ourselves. This is why the consciousness towards which we seek to go into is one of unity – because when we begin to make choices out of the intention that we help all involved and consider our people’s wellbeing, we come into the oneness of “us”. When selfishness dissolves, the boundaries dissolve, and the doorways of the 9th house open.
The development of the spiritual body is essentially a development towards oneness, selflessness and being in service to others for the benefit of humanity.
People who have done a lot of spiritual work in past lives are those blessed with the spiritual gifts of generosity, wisdom, gratitude, ability to perceive higher knowledge, having virtue and moral compass, and greater ability to love and feel compassion for others. These are all spiritual gifts that are earned because of the soul’s spiritual evolution and all the inner work they’ve done in all past lives.
So all these qualities you have, and beliefs and physical attributes, are things you’ve been developing for a long time. And all the qualities and virtues and ways of movements and doing and initiating deeds in this life and your present moment, are all things helping your future lives, and your tomorrow, and the health of the world and its future development also.
This life is a gift, and your present moment is the one holding the hidden powers and wisdom and creation; it is an opportunity for gratitude also, because you have hands with which to hold those you love, ears to hear their laughter, feet to walk a patience and kindness of rhythm, and lips with which hopefully to speak more love and wisdom.
